STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For Production of Waterjet cut parts.

Please note the following conditions that apply to the attached quotation.

1. The quote only includes the manufacture of parts through the Waterjet cutting process as indicated on the quote. This quotation also includes the two-axis CNC programming of toolpaths, component setup, handling time (for heavy or multiple components), cutting time and consumables.
   
2. Production of Waterjet cut parts, will commence ONLY on receipt of an Official Purchase Order, which specifically refers to the Australian Waterjet Cutting Quotation.
   
3. Pricing for multiple quantities of a product if indicated on the quote only apply where those parts are dimensionally identical.
4. The production of Waterjet cut parts is conditional on Australian Waterjet Cutting, being supplied with compatible Drawings,*dwg or *dxf files by the client, and no responsibility will be taken for features or part definitions missing that are not defined within that data.
   
5. Any raw material supplied by the client is subject to approval by Australian Waterjet Cutting, prior to use. The client accepts responsibility for performances of any client supplied material and any damage that may occur to that material during the Waterjet cutting process. While all care will be taken in the production of the Waterjet cut parts, Australian Waterjet Cutting, its officers and agents will not accept any liability to the client for damage occurring to their material in the process of Waterjet cutting or handling and storage.
   
6. This quotation is based on the information supplied by the client at the time of quotation. Should there be any changes to the data supplied, Australian Waterjet Cutting reserves the right to alter the quotation. The client will be notified of changes to the quotation in order to confirm the quote and prior to any work commencing.
   
7. All quoted prices of Waterjet cut parts do not include freight or insurance from Australian Waterjet Cutting. If requested by the client, freight can be pre-paid by Australian Waterjet Cutting, on behalf of the client and will be included in our final invoice. Responsibility for insurance remains with the client.
   
8. While all care will be taken in the production of the Waterjet cut parts, Australian Waterjet Cutting, its officers and agents will not accept any liability to the client for breach of contract or in negligence for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the misuse or inappropriate use of the Waterjet cut parts or from use not in accordance with the use as communicated at the time of the conclusion of this agreement to Australian Waterjet Cutting, its officers or agents by the client. The client will indemnify Australian Waterjet Cutting, its officers and agents from and against all claims and suits, arising out of misuse or inappropriate use of the Waterjet cut parts.
   
9. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the client all data, i.e. Written information, plans, drawings, sketches, computer discs, models, other, related to this quotation or from work undertaken by Australian Waterjet Cutting which arises from this quotation, will be retained by Australian Waterjet Cutting for a period of six (6) months from the date of this quotation and will then be destroyed.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) imposed by commonwealth or State Governments in respect of the supply of the quoted

Products under this quotation shall be increased by the amount of the GST imposed on or in respect of those products.

CONTRACTOR/CONSULTANT VERIFICATION

We have endeavoured to interpret your requirements to the best of our ability, however the verification of sizes and suitability for the purpose of the items offered is not the responsibility of Australian Waterjet Cutting.

PAYMENT

Terms of payment will be Strictly Net C.O.D , unless otherwise specified on invoice or arranged.

VALIDITY

This quote is valid for a period of thirty days only.

• Lead-time is currently 10-14 working days; this is changing constantly and will be confirmed on receipt of Purchase Order.
• This quote is based on the information sent to Australian Waterjet Cutting.
• Price are GST EXCLUSIVE
• Tolerance of this part will be + /- 0.2mm.
• All internal corners will have a 0.6mm Radius unless otherwise noted (This is the smallest radius we can achieve with standard setup).
• Based on the information supplied, the scope of work to include:
  
  … nesting of parts on parent material
  … generating CNC program
  … setting up and waterjet cut parts

• Price does not include freight or insurance
• Please refer to attached Standard Terms and Conditions
• Work will only proceed on receipt of a Purchase Order. The Purchase Order must have attached a copy of this quotation. Work undertaken is on the basis of the attached Australian Waterjet Cutting terms and Conditions.
